HP Printer Streaks? Don't Replace the Toner Before You Read This

I've been handling printer service orders for nine years, and I've personally made and documented 31 significant mistakes. They cost a little under $14,000 in wasted parts, labor, and reprints. This is not a flex. It's a warning.
