HP Printer Scan Software: The Quality Control Step Most B2B Teams Skip
The scan that looked fine—until it didn’t
You run a batch of contracts through your HP printer scan software. The preview looks good. You save the PDF to the shared drive. Two days later, a client calls: page 7 is missing, and the OCR turned a dollar amount into gibberish. For a B2B team, that is not just annoying. It is a compliance and trust problem.

The cost most teams do not track
